Abstract: An adaptable mid-hinged pole handling assistive device, comprises of a platform 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 installed on the platform 101 to provide input commands for bending of the pole, a pair of motorized C-shaped clamps 105 arranged with the platform 101 , each by means of an extendable pole 106 to extend/retract for positioning the clamp on the pole’s second portion, a V-shaped plate 107 attached with a rope 108 to engage with the pole’s second portion, to be engaged with bottom end of the first portion, a LiDAR sensor for determining distance of a bolt present in between the first and second portion of the pole from the platform 101 , and a motorized roller 111 coiled with the rope 108 for unwrapping the rope 108 to allow the first portion to get tilted downwards.
