Abstract: An adaptable metallic workpiece cutting assistive device, comprises of a cylindrical structure 101 developed to be engaged on jaws of a drilling machine and carved with slots 102 that fits the structure 101 into the jaws in order to secure the structure 101 with the machine, an imaging unit 103 installed on the structure 101 for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of the structure 101 to generate a 3-dimensional map of a workpiece present in vicinity of the structure 101 , an ultrasonic sensor for determining dimensions of the workpiece, angle sensor integrated on the structure 101 and synced with the imaging unit 103 for monitoring angle of the blade 107 with respect to the workpiece, and an inductive proximity sensor integrated on the blade 107 for monitoring material of the workpiece.
