Abstract: An adaptable herb plant leaves stripping assistive device, comprising a circular frame 101 designed to be placed on a flat surface, a microphone 103 to provide voice commands to strip leaves from an herb plant's stem, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 to determine dimensions of the plant’s stem, a drawer arrangement allows to extend or retract for accommodating herb plants of varying sizes and shapes, a laser measurement sensor to monitor density of leaves on the plant’s stem, multiple blades 105 via a motorized hinge joint to move in a converging or diverging motion, a motorized sliding unit 106 to translate the frame 101 for providing a twisting motion to the leaves, a drawer arrangement to adjust the blade's dimensions accordingly and a pair of extendable L-shaped links 107 having a plate 108 at their free-end enables the plate 108 to move up and down.
