Abstract: An adaptable exercise assistive device, comprising multiple suction units 102 which create a negative pressure to affix a platform 101 with surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 enable a user to select an mode of operation that includes play mode and exercise mode, an imaging unit 104 determines body dimensions of user, a hydraulic scissor arrangement 106 extend and retract in a manner to position multiple rectangular shaped plates 105 in a form of a slide, multiple motorized pop out balls 107 rotate in a pre-defined direction to aid user in sliding over plates 105, an OCR module determine text written over prescription, a speaker 108 produce a voice command to notify user regrading evaluated exercise, an air compressor 109 connected with an inflatable member 110 installed with each of plates 105 in order to inflate specific member 110 to provide appropriate support to user while conducting exercise.
