Abstract: An adaptable crawling assistive device for toddlers comprises of a frame 101 with extendable curved rods 102 arranged in a cross linked manner, a wheels 103 on the ends of the rods 102 for movement over the surface, a microphone 104 for voice commands, an imaging unit 105 for determining the height of the toddler, a microcontroller to process the height and actuate the extendable rods 102 to deploy the frame 101, a harness 106 connected to a rope 107 coiled engaging the harness 106 on the toddler’s body, a central shaft 109 with an extendable links 110 and a sensing module for detecting weather conditions, a motorized slider 112 for deploying a canopy 113 to protect the toddler from weather, a meshed sheet 114 with a motorized sliding unit 115 for protecting the toddler, a moisture sensor is embedded in the frame 101 for detecting moisture on the surface.
