Abstract: An adaptable carpet installation device, comprising an elongated body 101 having a proximal and distal end, positioned on a carpet laid on a ground surface, a microphone 102 integrated in body 101 for enabling a user to provide input voice commands to lay carpet on surface, an imaging unit 103 integrated in body 101 to detect creases on carpet, a cuboidal member 104 installed on distal end and configured with multiple motorized wheels 105 to rotate for rotating to move body 101 over crease, a plate 106 is installed on proximal end and configured with multiple suction units 107 that adhere to carpet, behind crease, an extendable rod 108 installed in between member 104 and body 101, that extend/retract for positioning member 104 forward, in view of extending carpet’s surface, for removing crease.
