Abstract: An adaptable calendar managing assistive device, comprising a cuboidal shaped body 1 positioned on a fixed surface, plurality of suction cups 2 adhere to the surface, a drawer chamber 3 is accessed by a user to position multiple cards having specific designated texts regarding an event, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 4 installed with an OCR sensor interpret information from the cards, a touch interactive display panel 5 displays the dates along with the events for enabling the user to select an event of which the user desires to obtain details, a robotic arm 6 grip of the user-specified event’s card from the chamber 3 for positioning on a plank 7 to extract more relevant details from interior of the card, and a speaker 8 for notifying the user regarding the extracted details.
