Inventors include Dr. Ankit Verma; and Dr. Dhananjay Bharati.

Abstract: An adaptable arm resting assistive device, comprising a curved-shaped plate 101 engaged by a user over a working desk, a pair of motorized clamping units 102 to grasp the desk for ensuring stability, an L-shaped telescopic rod 105 to get extend or retract to adjust as per the optimal height and angle, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 to monitor dimensions of the user’s arm, a motorized hinge joint 104 to tilt the plate 101, an air compressor integrated with an inflatable member to inflate the member for providing comfort to the user’s arm, a temperature sensor for monitoring ambient temperature of surroundings, multiple thermoelectric heating or cooling pads to maintain an ideal temperature level, a vibrating unit to provide direct tactile feedback to the user’s arm, multiple viscoelastic gel pads to absorb vibrations.
