Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is an active patient cabin stabilization system (100) for emergency transport vehicles comprising a vehicle chassis (102), a patient cabin (104), a patient support platform (106), a multi-axis gimbal stabilization frame (108), an inertial measurement unit (110), a camera unit (112), a processing unit (114), an actuation assembly (130), at-least one rotary actuators (132), a pivot bearing assembly (134), an orientation feedback sensor (136), and a power supply unit (138), processing unit (114) acquires vehicle orientation data and real-time environmental image data to identify road conditions, predict vehicle motion, determine corrective stabilization commands, and control the actuation assembly (130) to rotate the multi-axis gimbal stabilization frame (108), orientation feedback sensor (136) enables closed-loop stabilization by continuously updating the corrective commands, the patient cabin (104) and the patient support platform (106) in a substantially level orientation during vehicle transportation, improving patient safety, ride stability, and continuity of medical care.
