The access occasion determination method provided in the embodiments of the present application may comprise: determining a first SSB in an i-th round of SSB transmission among N rounds of SSB transmission, the coverage area of the i-th round of SSB transmission being different from that of a j-th round of SSB transmission among the N rounds of SSB transmission, wherein N, i and j are integers, and i is not equal to j; and determining a first RO resource associated with the first SSB, RO resources associated with SSBs having the same index in the i-th round of SSB transmission and the j-th round of SSB transmission being different.
