Abstract: ABSTRACTDEVICES, METHODS, APPARATUSES AND MEDIA FOR TRANSMISSION OF A DISASTER TRACKING AREA LIST Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to terminal devices, network devices, methods, apparatuses and medium related to transmission of a disaster tracking area (TA) list per PLMN. In an aspect, a terminal device transmits, to a network device, a registration request for requesting to register to a fifth generation (5G) radio access technology network in a first public land mobile network (PLMN). The terminal device receives, from the network device via a non-access stratum (NAS) layer signaling, information of a disaster tracking area (TA) list per PLMN. The disaster TA list per PLMN comprises at least one TA of at least one PLMN which provides disaster services in a fourth generation (4G) radio access technology network to the terminal device based on that the 5G radio access technology network in the first PLMN is in a disaster condition. Based on that the 5G radio access technology network in the first PLMN is in the disaster condition, the terminal device accesses to one of the at least one PLMN which provides the disaster services in the 4G radio access technology network based on the disaster TA list per PLMN.
