Abstract: The present invention relates to a women's urine absorbent pad designed for management of urinary incontinence and improved prevention of fluid leakage during use. The pad comprises a central absorbent portion configured to receive and retain urine, and a pair of raised leakage guard walls positioned longitudinally along opposite lateral sides of the absorbent portion for preventing lateral fluid leakage. The pad further comprises a multi-layer construction including a fluid-permeable top sheet, an acquisition layer for rapid fluid transfer, an absorbent core comprising superabsorbent polymer and absorbent fiber material for fluid retention, a tissue wrap for structural support, and a liquid-impermeable back sheet for preventing fluid strikethrough. The raised leakage guard walls direct fluid toward the central absorbent region while minimizing side overflow. The invention provides enhanced leakage prevention, rapid absorption, improved dryness, and user comfort during use.
