Abstract: Provided is an absorbent article capable of improving the fit to an excretion port and suppressing discomfort during wearing. An absorbent article (10) has: a front-rear direction (L); a width direction (W); a thickness direction (T); a crotch region (S3); a front waist region (S1); a rear waist region (S2) positioned further to the rear side than the crotch region; an absorbent core (50); and a compressed region in which at least a compressed portion obtained by compressing the absorbent core in the thickness direction is disposed. The compressed region has a center compressed region (R81) extending in the front-rear direction in a center region (R51) located at the center of a region obtained by dividing the absorbent core into five equal parts in the width direction. The center compressed region extends linearly across the center of the crotch region in the front-rear direction.
