Abstract: ABSTRACT A WOMEN FRIENDLY JAW TYPE COTTON STALK PULLER SYSTEM The present invention relates to a women friendly jaw type cotton stalk puller 5 system (100) for manual uprooting of cotton stalks after harvesting. The system (100) comprises a long handle (101), a jaw plate (102) disposed at a lower end for gripping a cotton stalk, a pedal (103) operatively connected to the jaw plate (102), and at least one ground wheel (104) for mobility. Downward movement of the handle (101) actuates the jaw plate (102) through a hinged press plate to clamp the 10 stalk securely. Further downward movement causes the press plate to act as a pivot, lifting the jaw plate (102) upward along the stalk to uproot it from soil. A tension spring restores the press plate to its original position after operation. The system (100) reduces drudgery and improves efficiency.
