Abstract: A wireless charging device 100 includes a housing 402; a wireless charging module accommodated within the housing 402; an upper cover 200 enclosing the charging module within the housing 402, where the upper cover 200 is configured for placing a mobile device to be charged and includes a plurality of smaller vent holes 202 and a larger center air vent 202C. A fan 404 is located in the housing 402 to suck air from an interface between the upper cover 200 and the mobile device to remove heat generated during charging. A diffuser plate 300 is located between fan 404 and upper cover 200 to enable suction of air from the interface between the upper cover 200 and the mobile device in a distributed manner through the vent holes 202 and center air vent 202C thereby distributing the airflow from the interface.
