Abstract: ABSTRACT A Window-Integrated Energy Harvesting System and Method Thereof The present invention discloses a window-integrated energy harvesting system and method for generating electrical energy from airflow occurring around window surfaces in urban environments. The system comprises at least one compact wind energy module mounted on or adjacent to a window surface using a non-invasive mounting mechanism. The wind energy module includes an energy capture section having a vertical-axis rotor or a bladeless oscillator, a shaft or vibration coupling, and an electromechanical conversion unit comprising a miniature permanent magnet generator configured to convert mechanical motion into electrical energy. The generated electrical energy is processed using a power management unit including a rectifier, DC– DC converter, and voltage regulation unit, and is stored in an energy storage system or supplied to an external load. A control module enables real-time monitoring of system performance. The system provides a compact, scalable, and efficient solution for urban renewable energy generation. Fig.1
