Abstract: The present invention relates to a wheelchair with health monitoring system. The system integrates a primary microcontroller for mobility management using joystick and offline voice control, along with a motor driver that regulates DC motors for smooth and safe movement. Ultrasonic sensors are employed to detect obstacles and prevent collisions. A secondary microcontroller manages health monitoring functions, measuring ECG, heart rate, body temperature, humidity, and detecting falls through an accelerometer and gyroscope module. Real-time data are displayed on an OLED screen and transmitted to cloud platforms such as ThingSpeak for data logging and Blynk for live monitoring and emergency alerts. A rechargeable battery and voltage regulation circuit ensure reliable power delivery. The integrated system enhances safety, independence, and continuous healthcare support for elderly and physically challenged individuals through an intelligent, connected assistive mobility solution.
