Abstract: A welding fixture (30) for installation of a frame (15) in an opening of a partition (21). The welding fixture (30) comprises a first fixture element (31), a second fixture element (32) and an axially extending compression device (33) movably connecting the first fixture element (31) with the second fixture element (32) for clamping opposite first and second surfaces (23, 24) of the frame (15) between the first and second fixture elements (31, 32). The first fixture element (31) has first and second engagement surfaces (34, 35) for engaging the first surface (23) of the frame, wherein the first and second engagement surfaces (34, 35) are, in a direction radially outward, inclined towards the second fixture element (32). Disclosed is also the frame and a combination of the welding fixture and the frame. Disclosed is also uses of the welding fixture and methods for welding the frame to the partition.
