Abstract: ABSTRACT A web-based online quiz management and examination integrity monitoring system is described. The system provides role-based workflows for assessment preparation, quiz publication, student participation, evaluation of objective responses and presentation of assessment results. An AI-assisted component can generate multiple-choice question suggestions through a configured generative AI service, with a fallback mechanism available in the implemented workflow when the service is unavailable or its output cannot be used. The system also records selected browser events associated with examination integrity and may apply application- defined rules or heuristics to present indicators for review. Such indicators represent recorded events and do not independently establish misconduct. The application integrates assessment management, question processing, objective evaluation, performance reporting and examination event recording within a browser-accessible software environment.
