Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for facilitating secure professional interactions between traveling individuals and local users requiring domain-specific expertise. The system comprises a registration platform through which travelers voluntarily provide professional profiles, travel destinations, travel schedules, areas of expertise, and communication preferences. Local users, including educational institutions, businesses, startups, organizations, and individuals, submit requests specifying the required expertise, location, and preferred meeting period. A matching engine identifies suitable travelers by comparing the travel information with the requested criteria and transmits meeting invitations to eligible travelers. The identities and contact details of the parties remain anonymous until both provide mutual consent, after which verified contact information is exchanged to enable direct communication. The platform supports professional engagements including consultancy, mentoring, academic lectures, technical guidance, business networking, workshops, and collaborative activities. The invention further generates analytics on travel patterns, expertise availability, regional demand, and successful interactions to support informed decision-making and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
