Abstract: A WEARABLE SENSOR-BASED REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present invention discloses a wearable sensor-based monitoring system (100) having a wearable sensor monitoring unit (102), a response generation module (104), a data management layer (108) and a user layer (116). The present invention is to intelligently analyse physiological signals to detect abnormal health patterns and identify anomalies based on machine learning, which dynamically assesses the deviation of various physiological parameters. The data management layer (108) includes a cloud-based infrastructure unit having a predictive analysis engine (114) to predict cardiovascular and physiological risk conditions utilizing a synthetic dataset generation mechanism to perform anomaly detection and disease prediction thereby generating an anomaly risk score and precautionary alert notifications to take appropriate medical attention.
