Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a wearable-integrated predictive system for continuous health deterioration forecasting using physiological signals acquired from a wearable device. The system includes multiple sensors for monitoring parameters such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, body temperature, respiratory rate, and physical activity. The acquired data is processed through a preprocessing module for noise removal, normalization, and temporal synchronization. A temporal feature extraction module derives trend-based physiological features, which are analyzed by a predictive analysis module to establish an individualized baseline health profile and detect progressive deviations associated with health deterioration. A risk assessment module generates a health deterioration risk score, and an alert generation module triggers early warning notifications when the score exceeds a predefined threshold. The invention enables prediction of gradual health deterioration before onset of critical medical conditions, thereby improving preventive healthcare, patient safety, and timely medical intervention.
