Qualified wavelength signals are fused to produce an oxygen saturation value and an associated confidence state. Activity-aware threshold logic controls visual or tactile notification, and adaptive acquisition reduces energy consumption. Session records retain physiological trends, activity context, and quality information for secure transfer to an authorized external system.
