Abstract: The present invention relates to a non-invasive wearable collar (10) configured for mitigating motion sickness and assisting respiratory rhythm pacing. The wearable collar (10) comprises a collar body having a rear region (12) including one or more thermal stimulation pads (20A, 20B) and one or more vibration modules (30, 30L, 30R), and a front region (16) including one or more inflatable air bladders (40A, 40B), at least one air pump (50), and at least one valve (60). A controller comprising a microcontroller (70) is operatively coupled to the subsystems, a power source (80), one or more user interface elements, and one or more sensors. The controller is configured to selectively activate the rear subsystem, the front subsystem, or both subsystems in response to user inputs and/or sensor signals. FIG. 1
