MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641113666 A) filed by Shibu P X; and Jincy Shibu on September 22, 2026, for A Water-Dispersible Multi-Component Homeopathic Agricultural Capsule Composition With Controlled Aqueous Delivery For Cardamom Plant Health Management.
Inventors include Shibu P X; and Jincy Shibu.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: [0001] The present invention relates to a standardized water-dispersible multi-component homeopathic agricultural capsule composition configured for preparation of an aqueous plant-health formulation, particularly for application in cardamom cultivation. The invention comprises a defined combination of Arsenicum album, Arnica montana, Calcarea carbonica, Magnesium sulphuricum and Ammonium phosphoricum, wherein each component is provided at a 200C homeopathic potency, incorporated with a carrier system comprising sugar and starch and formulated as a unit-dose capsule having a preferred formulation weight of approximately 5 g. [0002] The capsule is configured to provide controlled and reproducible conversion of the unit-dose composition into an aqueous agricultural preparation. In a preferred embodiment, one capsule is dissolved or dispersed in approximately 1 litre of water, with agitation where required, to obtain a substantially uniform preparation suitable for agricultural spraying. The resulting formulation is configured for delivery to the aerial portions of cardamom plants and may be incorporated into a periodic crop- management program. [0003] The invention particularly provides a standardized relationship between the multi-component formulation, unit-dose capsule, water- dispersible carrier and aqueous dilution, thereby reducing the need for separate measurement and mixing of individual components at the point of application. The sugar-starch carrier and capsule configuration are adapted to provide convenient handling, storage, transportation, unit dosing and aqueous dispersibility. [0004] In preferred embodiments, the composition is evaluated for its ability to support plant vigor, vegetative growth and tolerance to pest-associated stress under cardamom cultivation conditions. The invention further encompasses capsule formulations having controlled physical properties, including formulation uniformity, capsule integrity, moisture stability and water-dispersion characteristics. [0005] The technical concept of the invention resides in the integration of the defined five-component 200C formulation with a standardized water-dispersible unit-dose capsule and controlled aqueous preparation protocol, providing a reproducible agricultural delivery platform for cardamom plant-health management.
