An electronic actuator (122) is mounted on the stay bracket (120). The electronic actuator (122) is configured to operate a seat locking mechanism through a seat lock cable (124). The electronic actuator (122) defines an actuator axis adapted to be oriented to lock and unlock the seat locking mechanism. The vehicle further comprises a restricting member (130) configured to cover at least a portion of the electronic actuator (122).
