Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle-mounted Intelligent Pothole Detection and Road Health Monitoring System for corporation, transport, and government vehicles. An ultrasonic sensor (6) and camera module (7), interfaced with a microcontroller (2), continuously scan the road surface 5 to 10 meters ahead, detecting potholes and surface damages independent of driver manoeuvring or avoidance. An accelerometer-gyroscope module (5) monitors vehicle tilt and vibration to stabilize the scanning angle of the sensor and camera for accurate detection during motion. A GPS module (4) records precise location coordinates. The processed data, including pothole dimensions, coordinates, street name, and proximity to schools or hospitals, is transmitted via IoT to a server hosting an Artificial Intelligence model that ranks severity for repair prioritization. A display unit (8) alerts the driver in real time. Upon revisiting the location, the system rescans, confirms repair status, and closes the reporting loop. Total Number of Words in Abstract:146
