The pen integrates a cotton swab module for light touch, a bell pin for sharp-dull discrimination, a pressure-sensitive tip, hot and cold temperature contact elements, and an adjustable two-point discrimination mechanism. The components are arranged either longitudinally or modularly within a pen-shaped housing to allow sequential or selective testing. The device reduces dependency on multiple separate tools, improves examination efficiency, ensures standardization, and enhances bedside neurological assessment in clinical and research settings.
