Abstract: The present invention provides a unified robotic diary automation system (100). The system (100) includes a mobile chassis (10) configured to move within a dairy facility. A milking unit (12), a feeding unit (26), and a cleaning unit (34) are mounted on the mobile chassis (10). The milking unit (12) includes teat-cup assemblies (14) having an inner liner (16), pressure sensor (18), milk-flow sensor (20), controllable valve (22), and optical colour sensor (24). The feeding unit (26) includes a feed-storage hopper (28), feed-dispensing mechanism (30), and feed-measuring mechanism (32). The cleaning unit (34) includes a manure-collecting member (36), cleaning-liquid dispensing member (38), and floor-wiping member (40). An imaging unit (42), identification unit (44), obstacle-detection sensors (46), communication unit (48), and controller (50) enable animal identification, independent teat-quarter milk extraction, animal-specific feed dispensing, obstacle-aware navigation, and automated cleaning within the dairy facility.
