Each module employs domain-specific machine learning models including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost, operating on structured and unstructured data inputs. Feature engineering techniques such as TF-IDF vectorization, behavioral pattern extraction, and lexical URL analysis are utilized for accurate classification. The system supports real-time data processing through API-driven communication between frontend and backend layers. Experimental validation demonstrates high accuracy and reliability across modules. The modular design enables scalability, adaptability, and centralized monitoring, thereby providing a comprehensive solution for detecting diverse fraud vectors in modern digital ecosystems.
