Abstract: The present invention discloses a Unified Artificial Intelligence-Based Intelligent Decision and Optimization System for Cross-Domain Applications configured to provide intelligent decision support, prediction, reasoning, and optimization across multiple application domains. The system comprises a data acquisition module for collecting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from heterogeneous sources, a pre-processing module for data cleaning, normalization, and feature extraction, and a hybrid artificial intelligence engine incorporating machine learning, deep learning, and rule-based reasoning techniques for intelligent analysis. A domain-adaptive intelligence layer dynamically configures analytical workflows based on contextual requirements of various fields including healthcare, engineering, commerce, management, education, finance, manufacturing, agriculture, and scientific research. The invention further includes an optimization module for identifying efficient solutions, an explainable artificial intelligence module for generating transparent and interpretable outputs, and a continuous learning mechanism for improving performance through feedback and updated data. The system generates predictions, recommendations, alerts, and optimized decisions through an interactive user interface while ensuring scalability, adaptability, and reliability. The invention overcomes limitations of conventional domain-specific artificial intelligence systems by providing a unified, explainable, and domain-independent intelligent framework capable of supporting automated decision-making and performance optimization across diverse industries and research applications.
