Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a UAV-based aerial spraying device (100) for liquid dispensing that facilitates controlled aerial delivery of liquid formulations through a vertically deployable spraying arrangement, thereby improving liquid deposition efficiency, reducing spray drift and crop damage, and enabling continuous liquid dispensing during extension and retraction operations. The UAV-based aerial spraying device (100) is mounted beneath a fuselage (12) of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (10) for controlled aerial liquid dispensing onto a target surface (14). The UAV-based aerial spraying device (100) comprises a telescopic boom assembly (102), at least one spray nozzle (104), a liquid hose (106), a spool-based winding assembly (110), and a swivel connector (112). The spool-based winding assembly (110) and the swivel connector (112) collectively facilitate uninterrupted liquid dispensing during extension and retraction movement of the telescopic boom assembly (102).
