Abstract: A TRUNNION PIVOT SUPPORT BRACKET FOR A SUSPENSION SYSTEM OF A VEHICLE ABSTRACT A trunnion pivot support bracket (100) is disclosed. The trunnion pivot support bracket (100) comprises a body (102). The body (102) comprises a head portion (104) having a pair of wings (110) defining a symmetrical bilateral geometry configured for uniform load distribution and enhanced torsion resistance, each wing comprises a plurality of bolt interfaces (112) to enable coupling of the body (102) with the suspension system, a middle portion (106) having a plurality of ribbed structures (114) to reinforce against fatigue under high axle loads. The middle portion (106) comprises a pivot bore (116) to receive a replaceable wear bushing for facilitating rotational support of a trunnion member of the suspension system, and a multi-point fastening interface (118) to provide additional structural stability during operation. The body (102) further comprises a base portion (108) configured to be mounted on a torque rod of the vehicle. FIG. 1
