Abstract: The present disclosure envisages a transformer unit (100). The transformer unit comprises a base cover (102a) and an upper cover (102b); plurality of copper bus bars (104) configured to be embedded with plurality of current transformer (106). The plurality of current transformers (106) is configured to be embedded with the base cover (102a) via plurality of mounting screws (108). The base and upper cover (102a, 102b) are obtained from a transparent resin material comprising a composition of epoxy resin and a hardener. The base cover (102a) is further configured to be coupled with the upper cover (102b) via bolts and screws to obtain the transformer unit (100). FIG. 1
