Abstract: “A Tractor Operated Slurry Vane Pump and a Solenoid Valve Distribution System for Organic Farming” The present invention describes a system for automatic dispensing of slurry in agricultural setup. It offers an automatic slurry dispensing system (100) that can substitute the manual slurry pouring thereby reducing time as well as the labour work. The system (100) has a slurry vane pump (106) controlled by a controller box (102), that can draw the slurry easily and perform automatic spreading of the slurry of required quantities at required intervals. The use of timer and sensor (103) controlled solenoid valve, enhances the efficiency of the system. The discharge obtained at 100rpm is 23.33 lpm whereas at 300 rpm it is 70 lpm. Thus, the present invention offers a system for effective distribution of slurry across farms with minimum wastage, minimum cost of production and higher productivity.
