Abstract: The present invention is related to a tractor mounted sugarcane base cutter. This tractor mounted sugarcane base cutter is designed to provide a cost-effective, efficient, and compact solution for small and medium-scale farmers. The machine consists of a sugarcane cutter frame (101), a vertical bevel gearbox (102), and a horizontal bevel gearbox (103) that transmits power from the tractor’s PTO shaft to the cutting mechanism. The horizontal bevel gearbox (201-205) utilizes a bevel gear setup (205) and tapered roller bearings (203) to ensure smooth operation. This invention significantly reduces labor dependency, minimizes crop damage, and enhances productivity compared to manual harvesting. Its compact size, affordability, and ease of maintenance make it an ideal mechanized solution, helping farmers improve efficiency while reducing costs.
