Abstract: Abstract “A TOPICAL MARINE AND HERBAL COMPOSITION FOR HAIR CYCLE REBALANCING AND RE-PIGMENTATION” The present invention relates to a topical composition for hair cycle rebalancing and hair graying prevention comprising a combination of 0.03% to 0.06% w/w Phycocyanin and 0.2% to 0.5% w/w Xanthophyll. The formulation is distributed across an aqueous Phase A establishing a gel matrix, an oil Phase B establishing a botanical lipid blend, and an active Phase C housing marine pigments and plant extracts. The composition upregulates Fibroblast Growth Factor 7 (FGF7) by 56% and Noggin by 85% within dermal papilla cells to maintain the follicle within the active Anagen phase, accelerating hair shaft elongation kinetics four times faster than Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF). Upon cessation of topical application, the hair matrix retains its natural cycle and remains free of accelerated hair loss, as verified over an 8-to-10-week post-discontinuation monitoring window using visible microscopic tools.
