Abstract: The present invention relates to a tooth stabilization and cleaning device for autologous graft preparation. This an extraoral stabilization device designed to securely hold extracted teeth during mechanical cleaning and preparation for autologous graft use. The device comprises a tooth holding chamber (102) equipped with movable jaws (103) actuated by a screw mechanism (104) for adjustable 360° grip. The chamber is mounted on a supporting frame (105) connected to an adjustable base clamp (107) with a tightening screw (108) for customizable positioning and stability. The tooth holding clamp (106) provides secure fixation, while the dual-supporting base frame (109) ensures steadiness during rotary instrumentation. The TSCH minimizes operator injury, enhances cleaning precision, and reduces chairside time by providing hands-free stabilization and ergonomic access. The invention offers a novel, standardized solution for safe and efficient autologous graft preparation.
