Abstract: ABSTRACT A TIRE CURING ASSEMBLY FOR CURING A GREEN TIRE The present disclosure envisages a tire curing assembly (100) for use in a tire curing press. The assembly (100) comprises a bladder carrier, an expandable outer curing bladder (104), an expandable inner stabilizing bladder (108), and an inflation media supply unit (110). The outer curing bladder (104) is mounted on the bladder carrier, to engage with the inner surface of a green tire during operation. The inner stabilizing bladder (108) is arranged concentrically in the outer curing bladder (104). The inflation media supply unit (110) is fluidly connected to both bladders (104, 108) and supplies inflation media to cause their radial expansion. Upon inflation, the bladders apply pressure to the inner surface of the green tire, forcing the tire outward into engagement with the mould cavity of the tire curing press. The inner stabilizing bladder provides support during expansion while the outer curing bladder facilitates tire shaping and curing.
