Abstract: The present disclosure provides a three-dimensional titanium mini plate (100) for mandibular condylar fracture fixation. The plate includes a top base (110) and a bottom base (112) connected with two lateral sides (106). The top base (110) comprising a three-hole segment (102), the three-hole segment (102) including three screw holes arranged in a triangular pattern, and the bottom base (112) comprising a two-hole segment (104), the two-hole segment (104) including two screw holes. The plate has a trapezoidal geometric configuration comprising an open center that provides three-dimensional stability against bending, torsional, and shearing forces while conforming to anatomical contours of the mandibular condyle. The invention also provides a method of performing open reduction and internal fixation of a mandibular condylar fracture. (FIG. 2)
