Abstract: ABSTRACT “A THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR A HYDRID VEHICLE AND A HEAT EXCHANGER THEREOF” 5 Present disclosure discloses a thermal management system (100) for a hybrid vehicle (300). The system (100) includes a chiller unit (102), and condenser (104) fluidly coupled to chiller to supply liquid refrigerant for cooling a battery pack. A generator (106) is disposed between a power unit (306a) and an electric drive (306b). A heat exchanger (200) is fluidly connected to condenser, an engine and traction coolant loops (314, 312), to reject heat from hot coolant. A third heat exchanger 10 (112) is fluidly connected to heat exchanger and cabin (304) to receive hot coolant for heating cabin. A flow control valve (108) communicatively coupled to each coolant loop and heat exchangers to control coolant flow. A control unit (110) adapted to selectively operate the flow control valve for performing one of cooling the battery pack, the generator, and the traction motor unit and heating the battery pack and the cabin. 15 Fig. 1 is the representative figure.
