The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a technical heuristic computing engine for solving large-scale combinatorial optimization and resource allocation problems. The engine receives decision variables, resource parameters, constraints, objective parameters, and real-time state data, and converts the received data into a structured constraint graph comprising decision nodes, constraint edges, dependency weights, conflict indicators, and feasibility zones. A heuristic seed generator creates initial candidate solutions, and an adaptive search controller dynamically applies heuristic search operations based on feasibility feedback, constraint violation frequency, solution improvement rate, processor utilization, and memory access cost. A perturbation memory unit stores rejected candidate patterns to prevent repeated evaluation of infeasible search regions, while a feasibility evaluation module and solution refinement unit evaluate and repair candidate solutions. A hardware-aware execution scheduler partitions computation across available processing resources. The engine generates a machine-actionable optimized output with feasibility certification for deployment in technical systems such as manufacturing controllers, cloud orchestrators, network controllers, logistics platforms, and power management systems.
