Abstract: Abstract: After a stroke, hand impairment severely restricts daily living activities and functional independence. Through neuroplastic mechanisms, it has been demonstrated that task-specific training in conjunction with sensory input improves motor recovery. The design and implementation of a revolutionary hand rehabilitation board with tactile gloves and practical task-oriented elements including a zipper mechanism, movable sliding blocks, button positioning, and a turning knob are described in this study. The goal of the intervention is to help stroke survivors with their coordination, grip strength, fine motor control, and sensory integration. The board is appropriate for both clinical and home-based rehabilitation since it permits graded difficulty and repetitive repetition. This gadget offers a practical, affordable way to help people with upper limb dysfunction following a stroke restore their usable hands.f
