The lower support member (20) is arranged on the base (10) and is pivotable between a stowed position (P1) and an extended position (P2). The upper support member (30) is arranged to pivot between an initial position (P3) and a support position (P4). The tray assembly (40) is arranged on the upper support member (30). The locking mechanism (50) includes a first locking element (52) configured to partially lock the lower support member (20) in the extended position (P2) and a second locking element (54) configured to completely lock the lower support member (20) when the upper support member (30) is in the support position (P4) to prevent movement toward the stowed position (P1).
