Abstract: A SYSTEM TO DETECT DIRT AND SCUM IN A FUEL TANK. ABSTRACT A system (101) to detect dirt and scum in a fuel tank (100) of a vehicle is disclosed providing a comprehensive system for monitoring fuel quality in vehicle, integrating a fuel level sensor (106) and a camera module (105) to detect contaminants in fuel tank (100) . The system (101) continuously assesses fuel levels and activates the camera when levels fall below a threshold. The captured images are processed by an image processing module (104) which is operatively linked to an intelligence model to automatically identify and classify contaminants. A real-time alert system (107) notifies operators when the contaminant levels exceed acceptable limits, facilitating timely maintenance and preventing engine damage. By logging historical data, the system (101) enhances decision-making regarding maintenance schedules. This invention offers a proactive, accurate, and cost-effective solution for fuel tank (100) monitoring, significantly improving safety and reliability compared to traditional methods.
