The at least one controller (204) is configured to perform one of reduction of a value of a torque to be provided to the vehicle with respect to a value of a torque required by the vehicle, increase the value of the torque to be provided to the vehicle, and maintain the value of the torque, and communicate to at least one prime mover (106), a signal associated with one of the reduction of the value of the torque, increase the value of the torque, and maintenance of the value of the torque to control the traction of the vehicle (100).
