Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is a system (100) for zeolite production through real-time crystallization control, that comprises a raw material preparation unit (102) configured to preprocess raw material through thermal pretreatment and bio-alkali activation for generation of zeolite-forming constituents, a precursor extraction unit (104) configured to extract silica-bearing and alumina-bearing constituents from the precursor material, a gel preparation unit (106) configured to combine the extracted silica solution and alumina solution, a microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis unit (108) configured to subject the precursor gel to microwave-assisted hydrothermal conditions for accelerated nucleation and crystallization of zeolite material, a plurality of sensors (110), a processing unit (112) configured to receive, process, and regulate synthesis-related parameters for controlled zeolite crystallization, wherein the processing unit (112) comprises a data input module (114), a data processing module (116), a prediction module (118), an optimization module (120), a control module (122) and an output module (124).
