MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641124123 A) filed by Caliper Business Solutions Limited on October 16, 2026, for A System For Transformation-Qualified Control Of Distributed Computing Environments And Method Thereof.
Inventor includes Mr. Siddaraju Hebbandi Veerabhadrappa.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: A system for transformation-qualified control of distributed computing environments and method thereof [00169] The present invention relates to a system (100) and method (1800) for transformation-qualified control of a distributed computing environment. The system (100) comprises evidence acquisition layer (102), transaction thread resolver (104), source operating-state reconstruction engine (106), target execution topology generator (108), transformation delta engine (110), semantic conservation engine (112), validation and replay engine (114), delta qualification engine (116), transformation-qualified execution scope engine (118), prospective path qualification engine (120), and runtime controller (122). Operational evidence (100a1) correlated to reconstruct source operating-state graph (106a) and generates target execution topology (108a). Transformation deltas evaluated against conservation obligations and validation results to determine qualification states. Execution is selectively permitted, prevented, continued, or revoked according to applicable transformation-delta qualifications. A semantic checkpoint handover engine (124) enables transaction continuation through an alternate execution environment when continued execution is prevented. (Figure 1)
