The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a smart osteoarthritis early detection and rehabilitation system configured to monitor orthopedic conditions and provide adaptive rehabilitation assistance using biomechanical sensing and artificial intelligence-based healthcare analytics. The system comprises a biomechanical sensing subsystem, a movement monitoring subsystem, a preprocessing engine, an artificial intelligence analytics engine, and a rehabilitation assistance subsystem. Wearable sensing devices continuously monitor joint movement, gait balance, pressure distribution, muscular response, and mobility conditions while transmitting operational data through wireless communication infrastructures. Acquired datasets are processed using machine learning algorithms and predictive orthopedic analytical models to evaluate joint stress conditions, gait irregularities, cartilage degeneration indicators, and osteoarthritis progression risks. The rehabilitation assistance subsystem generates adaptive rehabilitation recommendations including exercise guidance, posture correction, and mobility optimization support. The invention improves early osteoarthritis detection accuracy, rehabilitation effectiveness, patient mobility management, and orthopedic healthcare monitoring through integration of intelligent biomechanical sensing and predictive rehabilitation analytics.
