Abstract: ABSTRACT A SYSTEM FOR RETRACTING A SIDE-STAND OF A TWO-WHEELER VEHICLE AND A METHOD THEREOF The present disclosure envisages a system (100) for retracting a side-stand (116) of a two-wheeler vehicle and a method (200) thereof. The side-stand (116) is pivotally mounted on a frame (102) of the vehicle. The system (100) comprises a plate (104) mounted on the frame (102) to secure different components; a first link (106) pivotally mounted on the plate (104) to transmit an actuation force; a second link (108) pivotally mounted on the plate (104) and operatively connected to the first link (106) to facilitate counter-rotation of the second link (108) relative to the first link (106); an arm (110) connected to the side-stand (116) and the second link (108); an actuating means (112) configured to apply an actuation force to the first link (106), wherein the actuation force causes the transition of the side-stand (116) from the deployed position to the retracted position.
